Flexible working in schools webinar
There have been reports that teacher and school leadership vacancies last year were two-thirds higher than in pre-pandemic 2019. Never before has recruitment and retention been so challenging.
In this webinar, we bring together a panel of leaders who will share with you their experience of embedding flexible working practices, considering the practicalities and the impact on staff engagement.
Michael Scott, Headteacher joins us from Newport Girls High School and Sally Miner, Executive Headteacher joins us from Ryders Hayes Primary School.
Also joining the panel is Muriel Tersago, Principal Consultant at Timewise Foundation who pioneered a study into flexible working in secondary schools.
During the webinar we’ll look to address many of the concerns and common misconceptions school leaders share regarding flexible working. We’ll share ideas, tips and examples to show how you can build flexible working into your workforce strategy.
