Victoria is a senior associate in our Business Services group advising on all areas of corporate M&A work including share and business acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and general company law matters including shareholder agreements, constitutional and corporate governance issues.
Victoria has experience in working with a variety of clients from international plc's to local owner managed businesses, and works with clients across a variety of sectors with a particular focus on corporate real estate matters.
