Independent Healthcare In-House Lawyers Forum
We are pleased to invite you to our first independent healthcare in-house lawyers' forum for 2023 which is focusing on claims, inquests and regulation. We will be covering the following topics:
- Independent Health Inquest Update with Amanda Wright-Kluger
- Inquiries, Investigations and PSIRF with Charlotte Harpin
- Complaint Response and Dispute Avoidance with Damian Whitlam
The event will be chaired by head of independent health, partner Clare Auty, and there will of course be plenty of time for discussion and questions, so we do hope you can come along.
We are aware that this focussed session may appeal to different members of your legal teams (who avoid the normal sessions on NHS contracts and procurement etc.). Please do follow the instructions at the top of the registration page to forward this invitation to them - this could be an opportunity for them to share their experience with their peers.
